    Ive had my knife for 5 months now and its been great. Stays sharp a while in a professional kitchen. Durable and cheap enough to really use but not worry about. Great knife

    no complain here but the edge 's not 50/50 you can tell by cut a large root veg.....good knife but ....not same as posted...It's ok I'll fix it
