Comments about 0 Suisin Honyaki Wa-Gyutou:

If your looking for a thin hard steel knife , this is it. It is so light and comfortable. The spine is super thin and it is the sharpest knife I ever used. I use it for all sorts of prep work in the kitchen. From slicing tomatoes to cutting fish. Great multi-purpose knife.
