Great for butchering everything meat and poultry. Very sturdy, has great balance and feels solid. Loved it the first time I used it, hasn't disappointed since.

This knife is awesome! I went through 3 chickens in no time at all. The blade size and shape are great for boning and trimming! Cleaned about 10 pounds of skirt steak for a BBQ a few weeks back, the tip was perfect for trimming the membrane and excess fat. It is a great tool, comfortable grip and stays sharp. By the way, it looks good too!
