Great knife that holds its edge well. If it is well taken care of it will last a long time. Virgin carbon knives need to be wiped after each use. I put a blade guard on mine when its not in use. The blade develops a tarnished look over time, some like it and some don't. I love it.

great craftsmanship for the price, light for its size and very thin but still substantial feeling in the hand. excellent edge and tip, super easy to keep sharp. used everyday in a professional kitchen and just a few passes on a steel is all it needs... virgin carbon steel is the way to go!
