Comments about 0 Glestain Indented-Blade Petty:

This is my go to knife for all small tasks. For a small knife it has a decent sized handle that's comfortable and easy to control. I hate the tiny handles on most prep knives. The height of the blade saves my knuckles and keeps me from having to work on the edge of the board. I'm not sure that the dimples make much difference for small prep but they look beautiful. The only drawback is the thickness of the blade. I get a little stuck when I try to do too much with the knife like halving large apples or dense veggies. Of couse that's not what the knife is for so it's a small complaint. The blade angles appear to be 60/40. I sharpen it on a stone once a quarter and just touch it up with a steel every time I use it using two strokes on one side and one on the other. It holds its edge very well.
