This small fruit knife, approximately 3 inches, is surprisingly sharp and incredibly useful to have around the house or kitchen. As suggested, it is great for cutting fruit, but it can also be used as a paring knife, or for slicing vegetables like celery or mushrooms that do not require a very large knife.

It's not great for cutting big ingredients but it's amazing when it comes to peeling or cutting small fruits. It's very sharp and I no longer have to "saw" through my vegetables and fruits.

if u have [$] get this thing!!!!!i got 1 of those calphlon damascus series paring knives for like [$] and this thing 10 times better and a tenth the price so ur getting a 100 time better deal.GET THIS KNIFE , IT'S [$] AND IT IS AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
