I purchased this rice cooker after our previous rice cooker caused the top layer of rice to turn hard and inedible after leaving it in the cooker for a short period of time. This cooker can hold rice for a LONG time and keeps it at a state where it tastes as if it was freshly cooked! Easily holds enough rice for 5 people and with customizable settings the rice is perfect for when I want my rice cooked differently.Whether cooking sticky rice or sushi rice this rice cooker is very versatile.
